People access individual therapy for many different reasons. Together, we will explore your current struggles, strengths and areas of desired growth and collaboratively develop a treatment plan that suits your needs and preferences. During treatment, we will focus on identifying what is within your control to change or influence, explore solutions, access information/resources, and process the past, integrating it into a more coherent and meaningful whole.
