Life coaching is offered online for your convenience so that you can attend sessions without leaving your home or office. We recommend that you speak with your life coach about frequency of sessions, as it will depend on what goals you have, how many goals you have and your timelines. You can attend life coaching at any time on its own or in conjunction with therapy.
